1. Visit the FESCO Bill Online Website

• Open your browser and go to the FESCO Bill Online website.

2. Navigate to the "Bill" Section

• On the homepage, look for the option where you'll enter your 14-digit Reference number or 10-digit Customer ID. 

3. Enter Required Details

• You will be prompted to enter your Consumer Number. This is the unique number printed on your electricity bill.
• The consumer number can also be found on the top-right section of your previous FESCO bill.

4. Submit Information

• After entering the consumer number or Reference number,  click on the "Check Bill" button.
• Your latest electricity bill should appear on the screen, displaying details such as the amount due, due date, units consumed, and more.

5. Download or Print the Bill (Optional)

• You may also be able to download the bill as a PDF or print it directly from the page.
