Patch Intercropping - The practice of growing crops in patches on the same land is known as patch intercropping. 

Strip Intercropping - Strip intercropping involves the practice of cultivating two or more crops in small strips.

Relay Intercropping: In this, two or more crops are grown in the same field in parallel. The two crops do not affect each other and cannot compete with each other.
