E- liquid concentration

So, what advice can we give those who are just starting?

It is often the beginners of wax vape tanks - how many cigarettes correspond to a bottle of e-cigarettes, or vice versa - how many e-cigarettes correspond to a pack of cigarettes. There is no simple answer to this question. It all depends on several factors. After all, everyone's smoking habits are different. For some people, one pack of cigarettes is enough for three days, while others smoke three packs a day.
Not only is it important to choose a favorite flavor, but the strength of the wax vape tank liquid is also important. Long-term habitual smokers need e-cigarettes with higher nicotine concentrations than regular smokers - certainly lower. You need to watch your reactions and the way the e-cigarette works. If you can't tear yourself off the cigarette holder and keep smoking the e-cigarette, obviously you need to increase the concentration of the e-cigarette (e.g., from 6 mg/ml to 12 mg/ml). It is very important to choose a suitable "initial strength", as long as it is strong enough to provide your body with a sufficient amount of nicotine, and only as much as it needs. After some time, for example, 3-4 weeks, you may try to lower the strength. For example, if you use 18mg/ml, maybe 12mg/ml is enough. You can also mix the two e-liquids in half to make a medium concentration to get a concentration of 15mg/ml. That's usually enough. Therefore, you can gradually reduce the intensity to a very small value.
After a while, it's worth trying to reduce the intensity of the wax vape tank e-liquid you inhale. This is important because nicotine is not friendly to your body. After transitioning from traditional cigarettes to e-cigarettes, it doesn't make sense to do so immediately. First, our bodies need to get used to this new way of vaping. However, in my opinion, you might want to consider doing this after you quit smoking completely. Almost no one can set aside a concentration of 18mg/ml of e-liquid and start using a concentration of 6mg/ml of e-cigarette. In this case, your body is usually deficient in nicotine.
Therefore, we recommend that you take a slightly different approach. First, you have to answer a basic question - when do I need nicotine the most? We are all different, some of us need this kick in the morning, and others after a meal or over coffee.
Let's maintain this concentration on these occasions, and for the rest of the day, let's drink something light - with at least 1/3 less nicotine.
Usually, 2-3 sips of strong liquid is enough to relieve typical nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Then you can easily use a liquid with a lower concentration.
To avoid changing e-liquids from time to time in the clearomizer, you may only need two devices, each with a different liquid concentration. You can label each of them so you don't have to worry about where the liquid you want to use it. If you feel the need for more nicotine during the day, switch to a clearomizer and smoke once or twice, but no more. A little willpower never hurts.
There's another trick that allows you to trick your body. If you like a minty liquid, you can add a little minty flavor to the liquid. Most of the time, this technique reduces the strength of the wax vape tank e-liquid, but maintains the same "impact force."
